Smoothie Challeneg

Day 12 Smoothie Challenge - BEETS!

Beets smoothie has made the nicest colour!!! I think I will add a dollop of yogurt next time. 

- Beets (a few slices)
- Handful mixed berries 
- Small handful spinach
- Splash of water and some lemon juice
- Superfood Phixup powder (1 tsp)





What are the benefits of beets?
